This site is built to need as little of your data as possible. There are no accounts, no newsletters, no advertising networks, and we set no cookies of our own.

Analytics

We measure traffic with Ahrefs Web Analytics, a service designed to work without cookies or cross-site tracking. It gives us aggregate counts — pages viewed, referrers, country-level location — not profiles of individual readers. Loading the analytics script does mean your browser contacts Ahrefs' servers, which see your IP address in the course of serving the request.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) for security and operations. They are used for nothing else and are rotated on a short schedule.

Prices from XAUTicker

While a page is open, your browser refreshes prices directly from the XAUTicker API. That request is served by the same operator as this site and carries no identifying information beyond what any web request carries.

Outbound links

Headlines link to the publishers that ran them. Once you follow a link, that publisher's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
